Every Security Officer needs to complete their training period which consists of 4 stages:
• First aid & Safety Training
• Aggressive Behavior Management
• Incident Reporting
• Compliance & Enforcement Training
Our security officers are equipped to conduct various types of patrols and understand these methods' advantages and disadvantages. We believe in teaching our officers customer service, verbal de-escalation techniques, and managing aggressive behavior to ensure all safety and security measures are maintained.
